Looks like some great resources. Thanks.

I don't have any tips, but find that it's rarely as bad as I thought it would be once I actually get started, and I usually do better if I write a bit and then come back to it the next day. Not sure if that's true for others or if many people find that plowing through to the end once started works better for them.
