Leaders who have the best coaching skills have better results
In this day-long workshop taught by an experienced former Fortune 100 executive and current credentialed executive coach, you will discover and learn state of the art coaching techniques to help motivate employees, promote workplace creativity, and escalate teamwork.
Coaching sustains and improves performance by fostering two-way communication, empowering others to take responsibility, and increasing the “promote-ability” of high performing and high potential employees.
In this workshop:
- Understand what coaching is, when it is appropriate, and the mindset, process, and skills required to coach successfully
- Build confidence in using the skill set by learning, practicing, and receiving feedback on your coaching skills
- Develop an action plan and the support structures needed for improving skills following the workshop experience
In addition, you may schedule two 2-hour follow-up sessions to reinforce workshop learning and provide a safe environment for you to discuss your challenges with the skills and learn from your peers.
Target audience includes individuals anyone who supervises or manages staff or volunteers
