When the Twitter Time for Kzoo Nonprofits workshop was announced, I
received several iterations of the same question: will you teach me how
to use it? My answer has both good and bad news. The good news is that
Twitter.com is a fairly intuitive, user-friendly platform. The bad news
is that using Twitter patiently and strategically is much more
difficult, so that's what this workshop will cover. We hope to answer
the questions: “should my organization be on Twitter?” and, “why is my
organization on Twitter?”...
