A former middle school librarian, Linda Kanamueller has been a Friends Bookstore volunteer since 2004. Linda chairs the Bookstore Committee, prices new items, restocks store shelves, and oversees the young adult section.
“Volunteering at the Friends Bookstore is the best of all possible worlds. I can work with books to my heart's content, put books into the hands of our customers, and never have to worry about overdue materials. It's a school librarian's dream come true. In addition, I have never worked with a better, more dedicated group of people. In not quite six years, my fellow volunteers have become true Friends.”
