Sometimes it gets a little challenging to stay optimistic and motivated this time of year. For many of us the gray skies and cold weather start to take their toll. If that's the way you're feeling, may I suggest a bookstore visit. We have a large selection of self-help and motivational books that may inspire and motivate you! I have also found that reading memoirs about people who have overcome difficult odds often offer the encouragement needed to get you over the hump and back on track to more a positive outlook. It works for me!
