Summer Reading Game for Kids

Buzz on over to your neighborhood library!

Sign up for summer reading beginning June 12! Pick up your summer reading gamecard to track your reading. Spend some time as a bookworm. Read anything with pages. Color in the dates that you read for 15 minutes or more. Every ten days that you read, you'll earn a prize! Sign up early so you have plenty of time to earn all the prizes.

Everyone who plays one of KPL's summer reading games is invited to the end-of-summer party on Saturday, September 13, 2-5 pm, at the Arcadia Festival Site downtown. Pick up your free admission ticket between August 25 and September 6 at any library location.

Read To Me

Babies and toddlers need books, too! Read to Me is designed for kids from birth through Kindergarten. Read to your baby bug anywhere, anytime and visit the library often. Every time your child visits the library throughout the summer and reports the number of books they shared, they earn a sticker.

Each child who plays Read to Me will receive a book in August.
