Park, Read and Relax!
Park & Read allows Kalamazoo Public Library resident cardholders to "check-out" a free one-day vehicle permit to any Michigan state park or recreation area this summer.
Games for Kids, Tweens and Teens!
The kids, tween, and teen games all encourage reading through prizes, gift books, or raffle drawings throughout the summer. Preschoolers get a sticker each time they report books read to them.
Even grown-ups can join the fun!
When adults fill in their Masterpiece Readers reading gamecard, they earn chances to win prizes like an Apple iPod Shuffle, bookstore gift certificates, and more.
KPL also sponsors dozens of events for youth and adults.
